make some mashed tottie, then add a wee drap flour till yi kin haud it in yir haun wi oot it stickin tae yir fingers.
flatten em and shove in the frying pan.
easy peasy!

Tattie scones ........lovely. Sometimes they are difficult though....I huv a helluva job getting them oot of the wrapper!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
