Sorry,sorry,sorryI've taken up fly fishing as opposed to the sea fishing that I have always done. It's like being back at school again....so much to learn. Hope everyone has been fine in my absence.....will try to be more attentive in future

Och Andy....away fishin...whit gid catches ye baith hud....dinna care fur fish masel...lol
I used tae like gawn fishin...... bit since ah moved tae the beach thurs been nae fish aboot...........weel in the lakes oany hoo.....plenty in the sea...bit ah dinna like beach fishin.
Ah prefer a wee swim

Saturday 6th Oct seen the end of the brown trout season. Was a peeing wet day, but thought I had better go out since it was the last day.....so me and my mate grabbed our stuff and headed out in the boat.....got soaked to the skin despite having waterproofs on.....what did we catch??.....not a bloody thing!
Ah well, will have to settle for the rainbow trout now for a while.

Well AH'M BAAAAACK whether ye like it or no. Hid a wee spell o hibernation and concentration
but things are gawin good noo. Hid a wee e-mail fae Angel (an she is) so ah thot ah better get ma finger oot an post.
As Angel said, all is well wi wee Maddie an she's swimmin, horseback ridin and daein maist things a wee lassie dis, jist nae skatin or rugby an things like that.
Ye kin hardly see the scar noo and she his a wee bit o a limp bit that's improvin wi time.
Ma guid lady wife is in great spirits (aye them tae) and she's healthy as a horse noo. She gets her next check in December but wur aw optimistic 'cause she's back tae shoutin at us so ah guess that's a good sign.
