Kirsty was born on the 18th September 05 at 24 weeks weighing just 1lb 7oz she is now 4 weeks old and weighs 2lb despite being unwell and taken off her milk and given a blood transfusion. she is a wee fighter and our little miracle  |

Update
Kirsty is now 10 weeks old
She weighs 2lb 10
She has been thru a lot with blood transfusions and infections and breathing problems but is still fighting
she was not sposed to be born till January so its hard to believe that she is 10 weeks old!
she won't be allowed home from hospital till the end of January.

she is doing really well
she is out of intesnive care now and is in SCBU (special care baby unit)
she is still tube fed
and still in an incubator
but is breathing room air now with no added oxygen
she is such a wee fighter and has been trough so much
