Hi folks  In case you thought I had disappeared off the face of the earth....I haven't. Been having 'puter problems and had to wipe my hard drive and rebuild it from scratch. I had never done this before so it took me a while.....all done now though....... hopefully. Hope to be around more now that this is done. |

Hi Koala. SLOW!!!!!, that is the way mine was getting, I could click on something and then go and make a cup of coffee while I waited for it to do anything. The internet was worse, as often as not I would click a link and it would crash altogether. I would scan for spyware and viruses but get a clean bill of health. As a last resort I just wiped the hard drive and started from scratch. Now everything is running beautifully......it's like having a new 'puter. I plan on doing this every 6 months now. I reckon I can do it all in about 1-2 hrs now that I actually know what I am doing. It took me ages this time simply cos I hadn't a clue what I was doing and got there in the end simply by trying different things and if it didn't work scrub it and try something different. I have to admit that there were times that I thought I had buggered the 'puter altogether  , and other times when I was so close to throwing it out the window  . But all is well that ends well!!!! |

Satman gled tae hear ye fixed yur puter so  kin ye help me. Ah really get the 'hits wi mine it's drivin me nuts. It wid be gr8 tae hae a PC that worked fast as it should ah widnae ken whit tae day if worked right.....lol  Koala

Hi Koala, sent you a PM regarding your 'puter...never could resist a damsel in distress!!!!!
Angel, the decking itself is finished, but the ballistrading is still to be done. She seen ballistrading she liked when she was away somewhere so that will need to wait until she can get it. It is looking good though, will post some photos, but have forgotten camera last coupla times I have been over.
